Situated just ten minutes from the main town of Kirkwall, this sympathetically renovated Orkney farmhouse has been converted into three self catering apartments.
Each apartment has been finished to a high standard with underfloor heating beneath tiled floors downstairs and quality solid hardwood floors upstairs ensuring that the house is always cosy.
The bedrooms are all furnished with oak fittings and the double rooms have king size beds. All kitchens are fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Each apartment has a wood burning stove, free wifi and a smart TV. Hair dryers are also provided. A travel cot and high chair are available on request.
Kingsdale Apartments have been designed with lockable adjoining doors so that larger parties can be catered for to create one large apartment wiith 5 bedrooms and 2 double sofabeds.
There is a separate laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 tumble driers available for guests to use free of charge. There are also clothes horses, iron and ironing board available.
There is a large parking area at the main entrances.

Kingsdale is nestled beneath Keelylang Hill and is a haven for bird watchers. You can regularly spot Hen Harriers, Short Eared Owls, and Kestrels which nest on the surrounding hillside.
Kingsdale apartments are approximately 2 miles from the village of Finstown and 5 miles from Kirkwall, the main town in Orkney.
Within a mile from the apartments you can explore Cuween Hill Cairn and Wideford Cairn, with the more well known Maeshowe only 5 miles away. The world heritage site Skara Brae is 10 miles away.
